Terms

These terms
These terms govern your use of the BayPace website. Use of the BayPace product is governed by the written agreement between your business and us; where that agreement and these terms conflict, that agreement wins.
The website
You may use this site to work out whether BayPace is right for your shop. Do not attempt to disrupt it, scrape it at volume, or use it to break the law.
The calculator
The cost-of-waiting calculator is an estimating tool. It multiplies the figures and rates that yousupply. The default rates are starting points for a conversation — not research, not a benchmark, and not a representation about your shop or anyone else’s.
Its output is not financial or accounting advice, and it is not a promise of savings. Do not make a commercial decision on it without putting your own numbers in and applying your own judgement.
Your shop, your call
BayPacekeeps your cars on the board, chases your techs for a status and logs their replies, and texts the customer when their car changes stage. It does not run your shop: a real person moves each car and approves what goes out, and you decide what work happens and what the customer is told. Staffing, doing the work and dealing with your customers — and following the rules that apply to that — remain your shop’s responsibility, not ours.
Our content
The text, design, marks and code on this site belong to us. Do not copy them wholesale for your own product.
No warranty on the site
The website is provided as is. We work to keep it accurate and available, but we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error free. Product warranties live in your agreement, not here.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be dated here.
